Time For A Blog

hello all! its been a while and i wanted to check out everyones fun Halloween posts!! This year i went around with our Gammons Neices and Nephews which was SOOO fun, and Me, Elizabeth, and her sister Julianna wore fairy wings! I wore mine to work all day so I was kind of crazy about committing to the costume. I made an adult sized tutu and painted my face... It was so fun!! The kids all looked super cute and had a good time racing each other to the doorbell first. Brett had to work all night so he didn't get to have any of our fun... maybe next year! I told him she should be a dragon but he thinks adults don't dress up for Halloween anymore (he obviously doesn't get out enough lol) After the kids were all candied out me and Anna went on a chicken run to Chicken Express.... if you can believe it, the had NO chicken left... and then they didn't want to talk to me cause i kept asking questions and they didn't respond.... then we go to Church's... again NO chicken and they didn't want to talk to me either!!! Then we go to Popeyes.... only ten pieces left!!! We take them AND they are nice enough to make more!!! So we wait and by this time it has taken us 30min just to get chicken lol. So incase we don't like the coveted chicken because Popeye's is sketchy we got to Taco Bueno for Party Burritos and are in and out of that place in one minute flat!!! Moral of the story if your hungry you can always rely on the Bueno :)
I can't believe how fast this year has flown by! We are already to birthday and thanksgiving season! Yay!!! Brett's going to be 26 and ill be 25 this month :) We will be going to South Dakota for Griffin's baby blessing and then staying up there for Thanksgiving. I can't wait to go! (Don't worry Gammons Family we will be staying here no matter what for a Gammons Thanksgiving next year) What a party to look forward to!!!

i went to colorado with his fam once. we went to utah and idaho when we got married.

ME. Brett burns everything...even tomato soup. He claims to have awesome baking skills he learned on the mission... i have yet to benefit!!

well it depends on the area. we both hate having a messy house. i have a clothing pile problem by the end of each week. Brett.... gathers things in certain areas... dresser tops, shelving, behind the computer.

Haha i would say him and he would say me.

Brett easy. He opens the gym at 4:45

Family Photo Shoot

Ok so when Jessica and her family were here we tried to get a family picture since there is a new addition :) Of course we didn't plan what to wear until that morning and of course we forgot to make an appointment to GET a picture taken somewhere and last but not least because we were irresponsible and didn't plan ahead it WAS RAINING!!!! Therefore our picture was taken on the couch upstairs in my parents house. We all piled on it to attempt to get at least ONE decent picture. Alas... the only good ones were the ones we looked silly in on PURPOSE. oh well!! :)

SOOOOOOO EXCITED

Just had to let all those who read this know that i am going back to school!!! Yes i will still do hair forever and ever and ever. lol. Im going to finish my Bachelor degree on-line with BYU Idaho's new program. I am so excited!!!!! I start classes the end of this month. Super Cool.

Yea For Grifin!!

Baby Grifin Kerry is Jessica's # 3 and she came to visit right after he was born (she's brave) he was so tiny and cuddly!! He had brown hair like i did when i was born so that was cool cause none of my siblings had that. He looks like a Brunette Tyton. It was sad to see them go yesterday!! Hopefully we get to go see them for thanksgiving when they bless him!!

Puppies

So for the last month i have been looking dogs up on the Internet. I really really want a dog. We looked at LabraDoodles, GoldenDoodles, Great Danes, Rots, Lhasa's...the list goes on. Seriously i want a dog. Well, a few days ago Brett was sayin how it would be cool to get a Lab/Collie mix cause they wouldn't be as big as a lab but still really cute, smart..blah blah. Last night i got on face book to play the silly farm game and low and behold a friend of mine has Lab/Collie mix puppies. They had to be the cutest things I've ever seen! I had to have one so i showed them to Brett and he told me we couldn't have one in the apartment. Well, im not going to have a yard for who knows how many years, and having a dog in the house(apartment)is really not that big of a deal to me anyway. So after church today my Sister Anna and I secretly went and picked up my puppy. She was so sweet and adorable. I brought her back to my In Laws house and Surprise!!!! Brett fell in love with her, he even named her Samantha (not what i had in mind but whatever). He was like oh shes cute ya puppies are great.... take her back. I begged and begged to keep my baby. Nope. He made me give her back. So today i became a proud puppy owner for a whole HOUR!! Im telling you know the day i get a yard i`m also getting a puppy and theres nothing he can do about it! She kinds looks like a rabbit with her ears tucked under in the pick but she was soooooooo cute!

Filling in the Blanks

YAYYYYYYYYYY New Post for the Brett and Adrianne.... So the past few months have been crazy busy with nothing all that exciting! I got a new Job and did some beautiful hair extensions. Brett's still going to school and doing the valet thing, we think he'll start UNT soon (Good Bye TCC!) um...My sister came to visit and we hung out a bit. I went with her and the kids to the King Tut exhibit in Dallas. It was pretty cool. You couldn't take pictures inside so we took some before and after. It was neat to see artifacts that are so old but look like they could have been made yesterday. They were so thorough and intricate in their designs, its amazing to think they did all that by hand. Jessica's kids are so funny when we saw a sarcophagus of tut's aunt they were like "Where is the blood?" "Is she still in there?" They were troopers!

Then Jess, Brett and I and the kids whent to the Zoo. Matt and Ashley met us there with their kids. Tyton and Aurora were so cute with "Unca Brett" they only wanted to hold HIS hand cause he was like soooo cool or something. It was sweet :)
These days we are just hanging in there! I have a Bacterial Infection (haha they tested me for Swine Flu first) didn't have it though duh. They think i got sick from Papasito's. I tried to tough it out and not to got the doctor but that did not work out as planned.... I will go to the doctor when i get sick from now on... so for those on facebook you know i've been on a healthy diet of dry cereal and watered down Gatoraid. Yum Yum! Oh! I almost forgot i gave a talk in church last week! I was so nervous but i think it went well. You know how everyone always says you did a good job but you really wonder if they just feel like they have to say that.
Well i think thats it for us! Hope we aren't too boring!

Happy Anniversary!

YAYAYAYAY! WE have been married for One YEAR!! We ate our cake top from the wedding with dinner tonight and it was pretty yummy. It just tasted like cold chocolate cake!I hope that the people who say the first year is the hardest are right because that would make our whole life wonderful! We really had a lot of fun being married this year. I think we have become really spoiled to each other. Sometimes it's kinda funny how we don't like to be apart or do things by ourselves. I guess we're just used to having each other around for everything :)
I've learned how to cook a few good meals, only burning one! whew! We have moved twice. The first time to Benbrook, TX. The second time back to Ft. Worth and a brand new apartment!! We Learned not to go shopping. (I now have serious problems going to the mall, anxiety, nausea..)We just got the Internet which is why i can blog now! I have learned to understand football because we watch every game that ever comes on. I hope the cowboys do better next year!
Lets see...No babies (sorry everyone), no pets, no serious drama. We are gearing up for school, hopefully Brett will graduate with his associate degree during the summer and I'm taking some Internet classes and still working at the Salon. I can already tell this year will be much busier than the last, but i hope it's just as GREAT!

Texas Snow

OK so it didn't really snow today but it was dang cold!!! We had freezing rain all night which created tiny little icicles everywhere! I thought it was cool because we don't usually have that kind of thing here, so i took some pictures.

Christmas Tree!!

One of my clients gave me a real tree for a Christmas present this year. I was so excited! We didn't decorate or buy a tree because we don't have ornaments yet, not to mention no one really comes to our apartment but us ;) Now im trying to keep it alive so we can plant it and cut it down in a few years for a real tree!!!
